1. Who we are
SiteFresh ("we", "us") is a service provided by Online Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. You can contact us by WhatsApp on +971 50 505 5396 or at the email address shown on this website.
2. These terms
These terms apply to your use of getsitefresh.com and to any preview, website, hosting or care service we provide to you ("you", your business). By requesting a preview or choosing a plan you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page applies from the date shown above.
3. Free previews
- A preview is a free design concept based on your current website and publicly available information about your business.
- Previews are provided with no obligation. You pay nothing unless you choose a plan.
- Previews are private, not indexed by search engines and may be removed after around 30 days.
- If you don't want a preview, or want one removed, tell us and we will delete it.
4. Plans and payment
- Monthly: website design, hosting, security certificate, backups and small monthly edits, billed monthly in advance.
- Yearly: the same service billed once a year in advance.
- Buy outright: a one-off payment for the finished website files, with optional ongoing care billed monthly.
- Prices are shown on our website in your local currency and may be subject to applicable taxes. The price agreed when you choose a plan applies to that plan.
- If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend hosting until it is paid.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and no further payments are taken.
- Yearly plans are paid in advance and are not refundable once your website has gone live, except where the law requires otherwise.
- One-off purchases are not refundable once the website files have been delivered, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If you cancel a monthly or yearly plan, you can buy the website files outright at the price then listed, or we will take the website offline at the end of your plan.
6. Your domain and email
Your domain name remains registered in your name with your chosen registrar. To put your new website live we only change the records needed for the website. We do not change your email records. You remain responsible for renewing your domain.
7. Content and ownership
- You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, photos and other material you give us or that appears on your current website, and you allow us to use it to build your website.
- While you are on a monthly or yearly plan, you may use the website we design for your business. The design and code remain ours until you buy the website outright.
- When you buy outright and have paid in full, ownership of the finished website files for your business passes to you. Third-party items such as fonts, stock photos and software libraries stay under their own licences.
- We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Hosting and care
We aim to keep your website online, secure and backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. "Small monthly edits" means minor changes such as updating text, prices, photos or opening hours. Larger changes such as new pages or new features may be quoted separately.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use a website we host for anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful. We may suspend a website that breaks this rule or puts our systems or other customers at risk.
10. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending the service
Either of us may end the service by giving notice as set out in section 5. We may end or suspend the service immediately if you seriously breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
