2. What we collect
- Preview requests: business name, current website and email address you enter in our form.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp, including your name and contact details.
- Public business information: to prepare previews and contact businesses about them, we use information businesses publish themselves, such as business name, website content, address, phone number, business email address and public ratings.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in our server logs for security.
- Customer data: billing and account details if you choose a plan.
3. How we use it
- To prepare and send your free preview and reply to your enquiries.
- To provide, bill and support the services you choose.
- To contact businesses about a free redesign preview, based on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service. Every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop when you ask.
- To keep our website and systems secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data for us under contract:
- Hetzner Online (servers located in the EU) for hosting our website, previews and data.
- Twilio SendGrid (United States) for sending and receiving email.
- Google Fonts (Google) to display our website's typeface, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Payment providers, when you pay for a plan.
Some of these providers are outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website may store your chosen currency in your browser so the prices you picked are remembered.
6. How long we keep it
We keep preview requests and enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, customer records for as long as the law requires for accounting, and server logs only for a short period for security. Previews are removed after around 30 days unless you become a customer. Opt-out requests are kept so we don't contact you again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to us using the details below and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and backups to protect data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
